Why We Built This Site
Texas court access can be hard to navigate when one county uses several custodians. The 82nd Judicial District Court’s criminal, civil, family, juvenile, and child-protection records are kept by the Falls County District Clerk. Constitutional County Court criminal and civil files, probate, and guardianship are kept by the Falls County Clerk. Justice courts and the Marlin, Rosebud, and Lott municipal courts maintain their own dockets.
This site organizes those official routes in plain language. It distinguishes a dated setting PDF from a full case file, Texas re:SearchTX from a local clerk record, and eFileTexas filing access from public docket access. The aim is practical: help a reader find the likely custodian, understand what a docket entry can show, and know when direct clerk confirmation is still needed.

What We Cannot Do
Falls County Court Docket is privately operated. It is not connected with a Texas court, the Falls County government, a clerk, or any state agency. Those limits mean the site cannot:
- retrieve an official docket sheet or case file for a visitor
- change, cancel, continue, or reset any court date
- remove, seal, expunge, or amend a court record
- issue a certified copy, judgment, order, or other official document
- give legal advice about a case or recommend a course of action
- promise that a published fee, contact, or hearing time has not changed
An official or certified record must come from the clerk or court that maintains the original file. This resource can identify that office, but it cannot act for it.
Search Partners
Some content pages carry search boxes supplied by third-party services. Those providers operate their own products, results, accounts, and prices. A paid registration reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports this private resource. Falls County Court Docket does not control a partner’s database coverage, charges, or response. Always compare any result with the originating Texas court or clerk before relying on it.
