Need an Official Docket or Record?
Route the request by court type. District criminal, civil, family, juvenile, and child-protection matters belong with District Clerk Laurie Reneau. Constitutional County Court criminal and civil records, probate, and guardianship belong with County Clerk Elizabeth Perez. A traffic ticket, eviction, or small claim may instead belong to one of four JP precincts, while Marlin, Rosebud, and Lott municipal courts keep their city cases.
- A docket sheet or case file: use the docket search routes, then request the exact record from its clerk
- A hearing date: check the court schedule and confirm any change with the court of record
- A district record: contact the District Clerk for the 82nd Judicial District Court’s Falls County file
- A county or probate record: contact the County Clerk for constitutional County Court, probate, or guardianship material
- A certified copy: ask the proper clerk about the current copy fee, certification fee, and delivery method
